Charlie Sheen appeared in court in Colorado on Monday, entering a plea of not guilty for three domestic violence charges stemming from a Christmas Day fight with his wife Brooke Mueller. The case goes to trial on July 21.
The Two And A Half Men actor was arrested in Aspen, Colorado after police responded to a 911 call. Sheen reportedly choked Brooke and threatened her with a knife.
Sheen, who has a history of drug abuse, was charged with third-degree assault, menacing, and criminal mischief. And the couple attended therapy at various treatment facilities following the incident.
The two have been married since 2008 and have twins Max and Bob, who were born in March 2009.
