While 30 Rock is virtually a shoe-in for a nomination, there are a number of shows that could take home the primetime Emmy.

My favorite would be the hilarious and geniusly scripted Modern Family. The Office is another great comedy that amazingly keeps the laughs coming season after season. Experts believe that The Big Bang Theory, Glee and Curb Your Enthusiasm are shoe-ins for the nomination, especially CYE after the cast of Seinfeld reunited on the show this season. Other shows that I believe should receive nominations include Family Guy, Weeds, How I Met Your Mother and Law & Order SVU, whose season finale was phenomenal with new cast member Sharon Stone.
