TV personality Scott Disick of Keeping Up with the Kardashians made his way out with his friends on March 16, 2010 in Miami, Florida. Scott is once again, for the second day in a row, showing off his skinny legs in blue and pink floral board shorts along with a pair of brown loafers. The new father of Kourtney Kardashians son Mason graciously received some swag bags of NUVO sparkling Vodka liquor before heading off to lunch at David s Caf with a few pals. Fame Pictures, Inc

Well, apparently, reports that Kourtney and Scott broke up are false because the dysfunctional couple were just spotted celebrating Scott’s 27th birthday at Butter NC in Charlotte, North Carolina over the weekend. Who cares about this douche bag’s birthday anyway? Apparently, KK does.

Kourtney is keeping Scott at a distance after another alcoholic fueled tirade that was “caught” on the Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami season finale.

A clip shows Scott smashing bottles and punching walls; throwing drinks and littering the floor with broken glass. Soon afterwards, Kourtney locked herself and the baby Mason (along with Kim) in their hotel room.
