Jesse James effectively won over ex-wife Janine Lindemulder in their custody battle when a court ruled he may take their 6-year-old daughter Sunny to Texas.
The mother, who was just recently released from rehab, broke down sobbing upon hearing the news.
“I can’t do this!” she said hysterically, while putting her head down. “I’ll move! I’ll move!”
Sunny will stay with Lindemulder for the remainder of the summer before moving to Texas to attend school in the fall.
James will have physical custody, but both parents will share legal custody.
