Despite Dawn Holland’s refusal to cooperate with a police investigation, the Palm Desert authorities are now claiming that the actress may have committed MULTIPLE violations of her probation, and are referring the case to prosecutors.

“The investigation determined Ms.  Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery (charge),” the Palm Desert Police Department said in a statement.

Although it’s not 100% clear on what other terms she violated during her stay, a source close to law enforcement officials claims that she also refused a breathalyzer.

Linday’s probation officer refused to arrest the actress the night of the altercation, which brings wonderment on why police are so adamant about other probation violations.

Daddy Michael Lohan is furious with Lindsay’s acquaintance Linda Koopersmith, who betrayed Lindsay by bringing a camera into the actress’ house hours after she was released from rehab.

“She violated Lindsay’s privacy, safety and the trust Lindsay had for her. How sick is that? Lindsay just gets out and already people are using her to promote themselves and make money.”

Here’s what Lindsay’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley had to say about it:

“I had numerous conversations with Betty Ford counselors and doctors and it was never suggested by anyone that she ever drank or used drugs. Her discharge letter is totally consistent with that.”

Recent knocked off DWTS contestant Holly Madison will appear topless in an upcoming Vegas show. 

Peepshow will also star Kelly Monaco  and Melanie Brown in the other top two roles. Madison apparently beat out Lindsay Lohan for the top role.

Although I was rooting for Lohan,  the Hollywood bad girl, the Spice star and the uncoordinated Madison would have made an interesting trio; But entertaining?, that’s another story (or blog should I say.)
